Customer Coverage: You can bring your own insurance coverage to the program so long as it maintains coverage for any liability and physical damages to the vehicle. Our vehicle will need to be added to your existing insurance policy.
Extra’s Coverage: ($99/month) Our extra’s coverage protects you from loss of use, diminished value, and administrative/appraisal fees. It also provides coverage for damaged windshields and tire repairs (damage to rubber only). Please note, you are still required to carry your own collision and liability insurance with Aero Corporation named as the additional insured and loss payee if you opt for this coverage.
Complete Coverage: ($299/month) Our complete loss damage coverage and liability coverage protects you from any and all damage to our vehicle with payment of a $1,000 deductible (maximum customer responsibility). The liability limits provided are 100/300/25 through Aero Corporation’s insurance carrier. You are liable for any liability in excess to this limit. Please note, this coverage applies to our vehicle ONLY. This does not apply to any third party vehicles if involved in an accident. Also, this coverage carries the same contract detail and preclusions as the Budget Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) and the Supplemental Liability Coverage (SLI).

Monthly Mileage Allowance: All rental rates include 3,000 miles/month. Additional miles over 3,000/month are billed at $0.30/mile upon return. For example, if you keep a vehicle for 4 months and drive 14,000 miles, the rate includes 12,000 free miles. We would bill the additional 2,000 miles at $0.30/mile upon return which would result in a $600 mileage charge.
Overall Mileage Allowance: All vehicles need to be returned or exchanged before 18,000 miles. Any mileage over 18,000 will be billed at $0.25/mile regardless of monthly usage unless approved in advance. Please contact us before you reach 15,000 miles to allow adequate time to schedule and facilitate an exchange.

For a one-time fee of $499.99 you can become a Long-Term Rental VIP member. The VIP membership reduces your monthly rental rate by $100 per month for as long as you remain in the program. The VIP membership also grants you access to discounted delivery/pick up fees and mileage charges (if applicable).
